Dead Mexicans Cause Traffic Jam

A pile of 35 dead Mexican criminals was dumped under a busy overpass in Eastern Mexico. According to the Sydney Morning Herald, traffic chaos ensued as police were called in to remove the corpses, many of whom had extensive criminal records and appeared to have been strangled or suffocated. As if the fly-ridden road block wasn’t deterrent enough for those involved in Mexico’s desperate drug war, a chilling note nearby included a threat to the infamous Zetas gang, notorious for their influence in the Veracruz region.
